Ben Bolanio

Ben Bolanio is a seasoned Human Resources executive and Corporate Recruiting expert with more than 15 years experience in the design and delivery of innovative workforce diversity programs and competitive sourcing campaigns identifying top-tier talent for a wide range of functional, technical and executive positions, including niche and hard-to-fill markets.

As founder of The Recruiting Office, Corp., Ben fulfills his passion helping individuals meet their career goals and objectives, while helping organizations strengthen profits, productivity and efficiency through the recruitment of highly qualified candidates and personnel.

Ben’s work trajectory encompasses multiple experiences in the field of Human Resources including staffing and talent acquisition. As a Senior Recruiting Manager and Vice President of the Southeast Territory Retail Branch Distribution division of PNC Financial Services Group, Ben led a geographically-dispersed team of top recruiters in multiple markets. Ben’s team provided full-cycle recruiting, positively impacting the bottom line by meeting stringent staffing goals effectively aligning with the company’s critical business objectives. Ben and his team consistently hit all recruiting metrics by successfully hiring high-revenue producing positions.

Along with helping recruiters and other professionals achieve organizational goals and expectations, Ben works closely with individuals to help them realize their professional aspirations and cultivate effective skill sets. Ben’s approachable style and proven record of success have enabled him to build productive business relationships and gain a reputation as a trusted industry leader – one who professionals often turn to for guidance and support.

Prior to PNC Financial, Ben enjoyed roles of progressive responsibility with Wells Fargo Bank, formerly Wachovia and First Union. He began his career as a Sourcing Specialist, then Recruiting Team Lead, and quickly advanced to Recruiting Manager and Vice President of Regional Bank Recruiting in 2005.

Ben Bolanio is completing his Ph.D. in Management (emphasis in HR Management) in 2017. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Keller Graduate School of Management at DeVry University and a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Communications from the University of Miami. He is an active member of the National Society of Hispanics MBA and Association of Latino Professionals for America.
